Use this form to submit a write-in item for Partyline. Once your ad has been read on the air, it will appear in Partyline Print.  If it wasn't read on the air before Wednesday, it will be read on the air the next show and be in Partyline Print the following Wednesday.  All fields are required, but your name will not be included in the ad and you have the option of whether or not to include your email address.  The submitted form will be emailed to partyline@komw.net, or if you prefer you may print the completed form and fax it to (509) 826-3929, mail it to PO Box 151 Omak, WA 98841, or drop it off at 320 Emery Street in Omak.
