Sizzlin' Summer '07 Summer Contest   June 25 - August 31, 2007 -- No purchase necessary

1.  To Enter:  Fill out an entry form  at any sponsor location or KOMW.  Entrys  are limited to 1 per person per day per location. 

2.  Grand Prizes: During the contest 35 keys will be given as prizes to people who enter in drawing boxes at sponsor locations.  Keys will be awarded in the form of a certificate.  On August 31str at Choice Auto and Truck the certificates will be exchanged for actual keys.  Certificate holders will draw a key out of a hat and then attempt to start the vehicle.  One and only one key will start the vehicle.  The vehicle will be awarded to the person whose key starts it.  One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, Grand prize will be a 98’ VW Beetle.  No Cash in lieu of prizes. 

3.  General Rules:   Open only to legal residents of Washington.  Employees of  North Cascades Broadcasting  and  participating  sponsors or  their immediate families and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.  Void where prohibited by law.  No substitution or transfer of prize permitted.    All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner.  All federal, state and local laws apply.  Potential winner(s) must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Prize Acceptance Form/Release from Liability within 7 days of notification.  Non-compliance within this time period may result in disqualification and no alternate may be selected.  Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected.  Travel dates cannot be changed.  If a minor wins a prize, prize will be awarded in the name of a parent or legal guardian.  Travel is subject to availability and some blackout dates may apply.  Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the sponsor and its agencies to use the winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without future compensation, unless prohibited by law.  By participation in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and decisions of the judges.
