On 12/03/14 Neal Blinn Hall, 41 of Brewster,  was taken into custody on Brewster Police Department’s probable cause for forgery and theft.  The Okanogan County Sheriff’s Office located and arrested Hall who was then booked into the Okanogan County Jail on that probable cause as well as an outstanding Franklin County felony warrant for failure to register as a sex offender.

At the time of his arrest Hall was a homeless level one sex offender registered in Okanogan County; however he was not in compliance with his registration requirements. Homeless sex offenders are required to check in with the Sheriff’s Office weekly while they are homeless.

In August 2014 Hall stopped making his weekly homeless check-ins as required by law. An investigation determined that Hall was still in Okanogan County however his location was unknown.

On 03/18/15 Hall plead guilty for forgery and failure to register as a sex offender in Okanogan County. This is Hall’s fourth felony conviction for failure to register as a sex offender.

On 03/18/15 Hall was sentenced to 43 months in prison for failure to register as a sex offender. Hall will also be on 36 months of community custody supervision by the Department of Corrections once he is released from prison and shall also register as a sex offender with the Sheriff’s Office in the county he resides.
