Ballots Out for Special Election

Ballots for the February 10, 2015 Special Election, went into the mail Thursday, January 22, 2015. 

The following districts have issues on the ballot.

            Curlew School District No. 50

            Bridgeport School District No. 75

            Okanogan School District No. 105

            Grand Coulee Dam School District No. 301J

            Republic School District No. 309

            Tonasket School District No. 404

If you have not received your ballot by Friday, January 30th, please contact the Auditors Office at 509 422-7240. 

Remember your ballots must be signed.

The Auditor’s Office, 149 3rd Ave N, Okanogan, is open Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and on Election Day only from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM for the following services.

  • Drop off voted ballots
  • Obtain replacement ballots
  • Disability Access Voting Units

Drop boxes will be open January 23 – February 10, 2015.  Drop boxes will be open until 8:00 PM on February 10, 2015.

Drop box locations:

Tonasket – Tonasket City Hall/Library Complex, 209 S Whitcomb Ave, Tonasket

Omak – Next to Police Station, 8 N Ash, Omak

If you mail your ballot, sufficient first class postage (.49) must be attached and it must be postmarked by the day of the election, February 10, 2015.  Check with your local post office for cut off times.

If you are not currently registered in the State of Washington, you can appear in person in the Auditor’s Office until February 2, 2015 and registered to vote and be able to vote in the Special Election.
