Campfires prohibited in DNR campground at Rock Lake and Rock Creek

The Washington State Department of Natural Resources (DNR) announced today additional campfire restrictions in Okanogan County.

Effective 12:01 a.m. on July 18, 2014:

All campfires in Rock Creek Campground and Rock Creek Shelter in Okanogan County are prohibited.
All campfires in Rock Lake Campground in Okanogan County are prohibited.
All campfires in Leader Lake Campground in Okanogan County are prohibited, which was put into place July 15.
