Free One Time Tire Disposal and Recycling Event

Okanogan County Public Health is coordinating with Wa State Department of Ecology, Tire Disposal and Recycling and Oak Harbor Freight for a county wide Tire Disposal and Recycling Event. You may dispose of up to 20 of your personal or agriculture tires (on rims or off rims) at various locations throughout the County.

We do ask for interested residents to complete the Tire Disposal Request Form that is located on the Public Health websitehttp://okanogancounty.org/ochd/. The Tire Disposal Request Form is also available at the City Halls and Transfer Station sites. The Tire Disposal Request form is helpful so we can make sure to have enough trailers available at each of the sites.

The dates and locations are:

OKANOGAN LANDFILL Tuesday, Oct. 22^nd through Saturday, Oct. 26^th

9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

ELLISFORDE TRANSFER STATION Tuesday, Oct. 29 through Friday, Nov. 1

9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

TWISP TRANSFER STATION Saturday, Nov. 2^nd

9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

CITY OF BREWSTER Saturday, Nov. 16^th through Sunday, Nov. 17^th

Soccer Field 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
