On July 24, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will visit Omak, this time to help people understand how to become a permanent resident, and how to naturalize. Officers will present this information in a free workshop, and will follow with one-on-one discussions, answering immigration questions.
This session is part of an ongoing effort by USCIS to help those eligible to improve their immigration status to understand what’s required, whether they qualify, and how to proceed. Officers will hand out materials explaining the processes they’re discussing.
