Native Plant Sale: Pre-Orders due by January 30th for Best Selection

Jan 21, 2015

The pre-order deadline for the Okanogan Conservation District's annual native plant sale is fast approaching!  Customers who pre-order by January 30 receive the best selection and availability.  Last year, plants were sold out by 9 a.m. on sale day, so if there is a certain species that you want, a pre-order is your best option.

Plant information and order forms are available online at www.okanogancd.org/plant-sale or at the district office at 1251 South 2nd Ave, Room 102 in Okanogan. Plants can be picked up on April 11 at the Okanogan County Fairgrounds.

Customers who wish to buy large amounts of plants (100+ of a single species or 500+ of a mix of species) should contact the Conservation District for a bulk order form. Large orders will see a significant price break.  Call (509) 422-0855 ext. 100 or email ocd@okanogancd.org.

The Buy a Bundle program is still available for those interested in helping residents affected by the Carlton Complex fire.  Simply pre-order plants and designate them for Carlton Complex.  Bundles of donated plants will be distributed in the spring to landowners who have requested fire recovery assistance from the District.
