Officer Involved Shooting Riverside

On Tuesday at about 1143AM, Okanogan County Sheriff’s Deputies and Omak Police had information of the location of a wanted suspect. Sheriff Tony Hawley said the suspect was being sought for multiple Felony Warrants.

They attempted to take him into custody in Riverside, WA. The suspect was shot by law enforcement.

Okanogan County Sheriff’s Office and Omak Police Department have contacted the North Central Washington Special Investigations Unit to conduct the shooting investigation.
