Officials searched all night Monday and continue looking today for a 79-year-old man with Alzheimer's disease missing from Apple Springs in Omak.
Okanogan County Sheriff Frank Rogers said they are using bloodhounds and people on foot and riding ATV's in the search for Peter B. Green.
Green moved to Apple Springs from California last March. He last seen in his room at 9 p.m., and assisted living employees called Omak Police at about 10:20 p.m., when they could not find him in the facility.
Green is white, about 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 160 pounds and is balding with gray hair and a gray beard. Rogers said, he was last seen wearing a blue and white striped long sleeved shirt, a gray vest and brown jacket, with loafers.
