Three People Injured in Accident North of Brewster

Three people were injured Tuesday afternoon, in a two-car accident on Highway 97 about five miles north of Brewster.

Officials say, 81-year-old Rebecca H. Dickinson, of Okanogan, was in serious condition at Three Rivers Hospital in Brewster. Sixty-five year-old Frederick J. Miller and 61-year-old Nancy L. Martin, both of Manson were in satisfactory condition this morning at Central Washington Hospital.

According to the Washington State Patrol, Dickinson's car was southbound and Miller's car was northbound, when the two collided while Dickinson attempted to make a left turn and failed to yield the right of way to the Miller.
