Cascadia GuitarFest 2015

Nov. 6,7,8 in Twisp Washington

Featuring Guitarists Edel Munoz, Isabel Diaz Bello, Rico Stover and Terry Hunt

The Cascadia GuitarFest 2015 will feature 3 exciting events in Twisp Washington.

On Friday Nov 6^th at the Merc Playhouse beginning at 7PM guitarist Terry Hunt will perform both solo works and with an ensemble consisting of piano, violin, guitar, cello, alto flute and tenor in a performance of his new work based on poems by Wendell Berry. The second half of the concert will include a multi media presentation on Latin American Guitar music by internationally renowned guitarist and scholar Rico Stover.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students.

Saturday Nov 7^th, also at the Merc Playhouse at 7PM will feature Cuban Guitarists Edel Munoz and Isabel Diaz Bello performing as soloists and as a duo. The program includes music by Bach, Barrios, Rodrigo and Moreno Torroba among others.

Tickets are $15 for adults and $5 for students.

On Sunday Nov 8^thGuitarist Rico Stover will host Cabaret Guitar at the Twisp River Suites beginning at 6 PM. The ticket price of $ 20 will include music and hors d'ouvres.

Rico has invited guest musicians to create a unique evening of music drawing on a variety of styles.
